The Port Network Authority has organized a webinar on the impact that the Covid-19 has had on the yachting industry this Friday, September 11th, starting at 16.00
The initiative is intended as a discussion forum between public and private entities, analyzing organizational impetus and potential ways to digitize marina processes, with the aim of creating synergies between commercial ports, tourism and passenger mobility services, with particular reference to the Tyrrhenian-Ligurian coastal region.
Contributions by important marinas in the area, representatives from businesses, institutions and qualified research centers will allow a transversal approach to the issues being addressed, looking at the current and future challenges that marinas face in terms of economic development, diversifying tourist facilities and process innovation.
The webinar will be opened with greetings from the President of the Port Network Authority, Stefano Corsini, and the President of the Maremma and Tyrrhenian Chamber of Commerce, Riccardo Breda. Speakers will be Francesco Tapinassi, Tuscany Regional Administration’s Director of Tourism, Trade and Services; Pietro Angelini, Director General of Navigo; Matteo Ratti, CEO at Cala dei Medici di Rosignano; Giorgio Casareto, CEO at Porto di Marina di Varazze; Paolo Pagano, Director of Port Network Authority-CNIT innovation laboratory; Antonella Querci, Director of Development, Innovation and EU Projects at the Port Network Authority.
